How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete Account. It is permanent and immediate: your profile and everything you have entered are removed. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Balbina's access to your Apple ID.
How do I change my voice or my evening check-in time?
Both are in Settings. A new voice takes over from the next day's forecast.
I forgot my password.
Use the forgot password option on the sign-in screen and we will email you a link. If you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in with that instead.
My verification or reset email did not arrive.
Give it a minute, then check your spam folder. If it still is not there, write to us and we will sort it out.
How do I change my birth date, city or name?
Write to us at the address above and we will update them for you. Editing them inside the app is planned.
How do I stop the reminders?
Change the evening time in Settings, or turn notifications off for Balbina in your iPhone's system settings.
Should I take the forecast seriously?
It is for fun and reflection. It is not medical, financial or any other kind of advice.
